<br />Shannon, and Richard Collins, along with its grateful apprecia-
<br />tion and thanks on behalf of the citizens of this Ccmnunity for

<br />LI~SING CQ.'IT'RACIDRS Trautmann to pass the first reading of the Ordinance licensing'
<br />general contractors. The City Attorney advised the Council that
<br />the whole reading process should be done over again because of
<br />the substantial changes that had been made in the Ordinance
<br />after the second reading. The reqldrement of a bond in the
<br />aID:>unt of $20 ,000 be deleted fran Section 2 of the Ordinance.
<br />This change is included in the first reading. Ayes, 7;

<br />Agreement to allow an increase, in the hourly rate when called
