Each day's violation shall <br />constitute a separate offense. <br /> <br />PARAGRAPH 2 - ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL <br /> <br />the Enforcement Official shall be tbe Chief of Police for the <br />City of Hastings and/or his duly authorized representative. <br /> <br />PARAGRAPH 3 - DATE. OF ENFORCEMENT <br /> <br />-- <br />I <br /> <br />All provisions of these regulations shall carry full force and <br />effect after passage and publication as required by law. All time re- <br />quirements as set forth in this ordinance shall begin to run as of July 3, <br />1969 and compliance dates shall be determined beginning with that date. <br /> <br />PARAGRAPH 4 - REPEAL <br /> <br />All Ordinances of this City, or any prOV1S1ons thereof, in con- <br />flict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />PARAGRAPH 5 - SEPARABILITY <br /> <br />Every section, provision or part of this ordinance is declared <br />separable from every other section, provision or part thereof, and if any <br />part shall be declared invalid it shall not affect the validity of any <br />other section or part thereof. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council this 17th day of August, 1970. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />fJ,1i!. t;~ <br />ity C erk <br /> <br />g j~ <br />~or <br /> <br />:---1 <br /> <br />Moved by Councilman Hallberg, seconded by Councilman Kane to <br />pass the second reading to amend an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF <br />THE CITY OF HAS~INGS, MIN~~Q~,~~tA~LISHING REGULATIONS GOVERNING USE OF <br />THE HASTINGS CITY DUMP AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" <br />dated November 4, 1968 by amending Section 3 as follows: <br /> <br />"All persons, firms, and corporations, who are residents of the <br />City of Hastings, or who have permission to use said dump shall observe <br />any and all reasonable regulations which may be prescribed from time to <br />time by the City Council, by resolution, including but not limited to fees <br />for use of said facilities, hours of use, and kinds and amounts of refuse <br />material which may be deposited in said dump. Regulations adopted by the <br />City Council, by resolution, from time to time, shall be available at the <br />office of the City Clerk." <br /> <br />Ayes all; Nays, none. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilman Christenson, seconded by Councilman Driscoll <br />to pass the first reading <br />
