The first will be on <br />November 3, 1971 and will concentrate on the plan's application to that <br />part of Hastings East of Vermillion Street. The second will be Novem- <br />ber 10, 1971 and will concentrate on the plan's application to that <br />part of Hastings West of Vermillion Street.
