Moved by Councilman Driscoll, seconded by Councilman Hallberg that Public Hearings be held on Wednesday, November 3, 1971 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. and Wednesday, November 10, 1971 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and that the following notice be published, mailed and posted as required by law. NOTICE OF HEARINGS ON A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF HASTINGS r-- The Planning Commission has scheduled two Public Hearings on the Comprehensive Plan for the City of Hastings. The first will be on November 3, 1971 and will concentrate on the plan's application to that part of Hastings East of Vermillion Street. The second will be Novem- ber 10, 1971 and will concentrate on the plan's application to that part of Hastings West of Vermillion Street. Both hearings will start at 7:30 o'clock P.M. and will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall. All persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard.
