<br />tion of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter on Westview
<br />Drive from 23rd Street to Southview Drive. Ayes, all; Nays, none.

<br />to authorize the Engineer to do a feasibility report for State Aid
<br />Construction along T. H. 55 South Frontage Road from LynWay east to
<br />Prairie Street to be improved by bituminous surfacing, concrete curb
<br />and gutter and necessary storm drainage; and East 15th Street from
<br />Ry. 61 to Tyler Street to be improved by widening, bituminous surfac-
<br />ing, concrete curb and gutter and sidewalks and necessary storm
<br />drainage. Ayes, all; Nays, none.

<br />to authorize the Engineer to do a feasibility report for the construc-
<br />tion of sidewalks on Sun Valley Drive east boundary of Bauer's 1st 0
<br />Addition to Westview Drive. Ayes, all; Nays, none.

<br />The City Clerk presented an adequate petition ~equesting
<br />purchase and improvement of Lots 1 thru 4, Block 3, Original Town
<br />of Hastings Addition for purpose of off-street parking facilities,
<br />pursuant to M.S.A. 459.14. Moved by Councilman Kane, seconded by
<br />Councilman Collins that a feasibility report be prepared and further
<br />meetings be scheduled with the petitioners to determine the benefited
<br />area for assessment purposes. Ayes, all; Nays, none.
