<br />838 <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Hastings does oppose the rules and regulations under the 1970 <br />Federal Highway Act as they relate to the "Urban Bounda1!'Y" and prior- <br />ity financing of F.A.U. Systems. That they would recommend an in- <br />depth study of functional classification for construction priority <br />purposes. That all studies should be based upon minimum 20-year <br />projections for the defined "Urban Boundary".
