<br />HASTINGS CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HASTINGS <br />APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF RIVERFRONT ADDITION, <br />A RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION LOCATED ON BLOCK 1, <br />TOWN OF HASTINGS, DAKOTA COUNTY MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Council member <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Hastings HRA and Shennan Associates, have petitioned for preliminary and <br />final plat approval of RNERFRONT ADDITION, a 2.81 acre residential and commercial <br />subdivision consisting ofthree lots of record, generally located north of 2nd Street, between Tyler and <br />Bailey Streets, legally described on Attachment A; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on May 9, 2005, a public hearing was conducted before the Planning <br />Commission ofthe City of Hastings, as required by state law, city charter and city ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Planning Commission recommended approval of the request to the City <br />Council subject to the conditions contained herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS The City Council has reviewed the request and concurs with the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF HASTINGS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby approves the preliminary and final plat of RIVERFRONT ADDITION <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. A declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions or the equivalent document shall be <br />submitted for review and approval by the City before release of the final plat mylars for <br />
