The <br />Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC) has also reviewed the site for compatibility to <br />the existing downtown buildings. <br /> <br />Building Height <br />The building is below the maximum height limit of 756.5 feet established under the DC - <br />Downtown Core Zoning District as well as the Shoreland Ordinance Height Limit. Chimney <br />and some gable projections exceed the 756.5 foot limit, which is allowable underthe code. <br /> <br />Grading, Drainage, Erosion Control, and Utility Plan <br />The City's consultant engineer has reviewed the Grading, Drainage, Erosion Control, and <br />Utility Plans. Approval of the Site Plan is subject to approval of the Grading, Drainage, <br />Erosion Control and Utility Plans by the Public Works Director, and reimbursement for any <br />fees involved in plan review. <br /> <br />,. <br />
