<br />2) Stormwater Treatment will be enhanced. The site will utilize an underground stormwater <br />treatment system to prior to discharge to the Mississippi River. The current site does not <br />provide any pre-treatment prior to discharge. <br /> <br />3) The site will utilize impervious pavers in the parking area to help foster stormwater <br />treatment. <br /> <br />4) The City's consultant engineer has reviewed the project for conformance to the Stormwater <br />Management Ordinance and Hastings Watershed Management Plan as a part ofthe Grading, <br />Drainage, and Erosion Control plan review.
