Gentlemen: In response to a complaint received, an inspection was made this date of the above property. We have found the following conditions exist: The house is open, unattended and unheated. There is a refrigerator abandoned with the door in place. Also other equipment free standing. We find substandard plumbing, heating, wiring and the structure in very poor condition. We feel that in its present condition, this house could not be occupied and could not be repaired to meet minimum standards.
