Pleasant Drive, 19th Street to 23rd Street - Concrete Curb and Gutter, <br />Surfacing and Sdiewalk. <br /> <br />The City Council proposes to assess all or part of the cost for such <br />improvements against every lot, piece or parcel of land within the Corpor- <br />ate-Limits that abuts upon said improvements according to the special <br />benefits received without regard to cash valuation. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of said improvements is $878,000.00 <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Persons desiring to be heard in reference to the proposed improvements <br />may be heard at said time and place. <br /> <br />Dated this 5th day of February, 1973. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause said <br />notice to be given two publications in the official newspaper and to <br />give mailed notice to every property owner whose property is benefited <br />by said improvements. The Police Department budget will be <br />removed from the General Fund and set in an ear marked fund within the <br />total budget for the City of Hastings.
