The appointing Party shall publish a Notice <br /> <br /> <br />of Vacancy at least fifteen (15) days prior to the appointment in its legal newspaper. The notice <br /> <br /> <br />must be published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the Watershed and must <br /> <br /> <br />state that persons interested in being appointed to serve on the Board may submit their names to <br /> <br />the Party for consideration all in accord with M.S. l03B.227. <br /> <br /> <br />The Organization shall notify the Board of Water and Soil Resources of member <br /> <br /> <br />appointments 2nd vac~c1es within thirty (30) days. <br />Nothing herein shall be deemed to require a Party to remove a Commissioner under any <br /> <br />circumstances. <br /> <br />Subdivision 4. Vacancv. AIly vacancy shall be filled for the unexpired term of any <br /> <br />Commissioner by the Party who appointed said Commissioner. <br /> <br /> <br />Subdivision 5. Record of Appointment. Each Party shall, ~ithjD thirty (30) days followiug <br /> <br /> <br />the appointment of a Commissioner, file a writ'ten notice of such appointment with the SecretaIy <br /> <br /> <br />of the Board. <br /> <br /> <br />Subdivision 6.
