Each <br /> <br />officer so elected shall serve until January 1 st of the subsequent year, or until a respective <br /> <br />successor is selected and qualifies. <br /> <br />Subdivision 8. Rules of the Board. Except as hereinafter provided. Board action shall be <br /> <br />by a majority vote of the entire Board. The Board shall use Roberts Rules of Order in the <br /> <br />conduct of its meetings. <br /> <br />Subdivision 9. Adoption of Rules. The Board may adopt rules and regulations and may <br /> <br />amend such rules and regulations !rom time to timl iu either a reguJar or special meeting of the <br /> <br />Board provided that notice of such proposed role, tgulatiOn or amendment has been given to <br /> <br />each Commissioner at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting at which the proposed amendment <br /> <br />will he oonsidered. A majority vote of the entire lard shall be necessary to adopt or amend sueb <br /> <br />rules and regulations. <br /> <br />Subdivision 10. Quorum. A majoriIfthe entire Board shall constitute a quorum, <br /> <br /> <br />but less than a quorum may adjourn a scheduled m ting. <br /> <br /> <br />Subdivision 11. Pr01ect Recommendltions. Board recommendations regarding <br />capital improvement projects sball require a two-tds (213) majority vote by the entire Board. <br />Subdivision 12. Meetings. Regular meetiu.gs of the Board shall be held at such <br />times and dates as established by the Board. ~g dates, times and locations will be posted in <br />each Party's town or city hall. Special meetings may be held at the request ofthe Board Chainnan <br />or at the request of any two Commissioners providL that sueb special meeting shall be preceded <br />I <br />by not less than three (3) business days posted and mailed or delivered notice to the residence of <br /> <br />each Commissioner. All meetings of the Board shall be subject to the provisions of the Minnesota <br /> <br />6 <br />
