<br />The City Council of the City of Hastings, Minnesota met in a
<br />regular meeting on Monday, April 1, 1974 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the
<br />Council Chambers of the City Hall.
<br />
<br />Members present: Councilmen Collins, Schnirring, Kramer, Novak,
<br />Hallberg, O'Connor, Fischer, Driscoll and
<br />Mayor Petersen.
<br />
<br />Members absent: None.
<br />
<br />Moved by Councilman Kramer, seconded by Councilman Driscoll to
<br />accept the minutes of the March 18, 1974 meeting. Ayes, all; Nayes, none.

<br />Councilman Schnirring introduced the following resolution and
<br />moved its adoption:

<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for furnishing
<br />the City with a Chlorination Room Addition to Swimming Pool Filter Room, the
<br />following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

<br />responsible bidder, Item 111, $6,311 & Item 112-A, $4,940, Total Bid $11,261.00

<br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
<br />Hastings, Minnesota:
<br />
<br />1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
<br />to enter into a contract with Rumpza Builders for the construction of a
<br />Chlorination Room Addition according to the specifications therefore approved
<br />by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
