<br />Lot Regulations.

<br />Laws of 1974, Chapter 143, that City Officials of the City of Hastings be
<br />entitled to a mileage rate not to exceed l5~ per mile for each mile necessarily
<br />traveled on official business within or without the City of Hastings. Ayes, all;

<br />the City hire Chandler-Davis, 234 Eddicott Building, St. Paul, MN to appraise
<br />the Parcels along the Vermillion River West of T.H. #61 including a portion
<br />of the Nowicki property as requested by David Pederson. This appraisal to
<br />indicate a breakdown of costs of Flood Way and Non-Flood Way properties.
