<br />Hastings Industrial Park No. 7 - Preliminary and Final Plat #2005-10 <br />City Council Memo - October 3, 2005 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Grading, Drainage, Erosion Control, and Utility Plan <br />The City's consultant engineer has reviewed the Grading, Drainage, Erosion Control, and <br />Utility Plans. Approval of the Preliminary is subject to approval of the Grading, Drainage, <br />Erosion Control and Utility Plans by the Public Works Director, and reimbursement for any <br />fees involved in plan review. <br /> <br />Landscape Plan <br />A Landscape Plan for the site must be completed. The plan shall include the following: <br /> <br />1) Boulevard Trees must be planted every 50 feet along all streets. <br />2) A mixture of coniferous and deciduous tree plantings must be installed upon Lot 4, <br />Block 2 to further screen the Industrial Park from Glendale Heights. The intensity of <br />the landscaping shall be similar to the intensity established during the Glendale <br />Heights approval. <br /> <br />Future Industrial Park Sale Requirements <br />The City of Hastings will continue to be the owner of all land within Hastings Industrial Park <br />No.7. Prior to sale of any land sale, concept and site plans would need to be reviewed by <br />the Planning Commission, Economic Development Commission, and City Council. <br />Particular attention will be paid to the overall fit and effects upon the existing Industrial Park <br />and adjoining neighbors. <br />
