These concerns include payment of delinquent water <br />bills by the association, an understanding regarding the city's <br />right to shut the water off to an entire building, and <br />utility repair easements and rights, and that the Home Owner's <br />Association Agreement be recorded against the property. This <br />approval is also subject to any amendments to the Association <br />Agreement pertaining to the above matters be sul::rni tted to <br />the City for review and approval. 4 Ayes; Nayes, Mathiowetz, <br />Berg and Kulzer. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Werner, seconded by Councilmember <br />Berg to approve a Home Occupation Permit for Ruth Bremer <br />at 920 Tyler Street to conduct a Single Chair Beauty Operation <br />in her home subject to the operation meeting any applicable <br />building codes and/or State licensing requirements. <br />7 Ayes; Nayes, None. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Werner, seconded by Councilmember <br />Berg to approve a Home Occupation Permit for Robert Schmi tz- <br />803 Oak Street for a one car taxi service subject to delinquent <br />fees being paid which date back to July 1983 for the Lock- <br />smi th and the Real Estate businesses being conducted. This <br />approval is also subject to no signs being placed along <br />Highway 55 for the taxi service. 7 Ayes; Nayes, None. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Councilmember Nesbitt requested that the Planning Commission <br />look at the number of Home Occupation Permits to be <br />allowed at a single residence. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilrnernber Berg, seconded by Councilmember <br />Kulzer to approve the Planning Commissions recomnendation <br />appointing Sue Dredge to the Planning Corrrnission with her <br />tem expiring 12-31-87. 7 Ayes; Nayes, None. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Berg, seconded by Councilmember <br />Werner to pass the 3rd Reading of Ordinance No. 192 amending <br />Chapter 3 as it relates to liability insurance requirements <br />for beer, wine and liquor licensees. 7 Ayes; Nayes, None. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Berg, seconded by Councilmember <br />Plan to amend and pass the 3rd reading of Ordinance No. 193. <br />The amendment would require that the 1st Notice required by <br />paragraph F caution residents to remove all objects from the <br />wall and other places where they could be damaged by blasting, <br />as well as, advising residents to take appropriate action <br />to document the condition of their structure and its contents <br />prior to blasting.
