Mr. Philip Nolan questioned about the rE!D)V'al of his trees, what is the present width of Pine Street, whether or not Pine Street was going to be designated as a one way street, whether or not the present sidewalk in place would be replaced, and stated that he is q:posed to this project. Mr. Pat Regan questioned what cr iteria was used for iDproving Pine Street before River Street. Ms. Gloria Kranz questioned whether the sidewalk would continue on the same line as it is between 3rd and 4th street. No one else wished to speak on this issue. Project: Williams 1st Addition. Me. Wint Hartman questioned what properties were being assessed and asked whether the 4th Streets present storm sewer would be able to handle the run off. Project: Malcolm Avenue fran l60th Street to 'lB-3l6. Mr. Cory Gustafson questioned the contents of the ordinance stating he felt that it was to restrictive, Mr. Mike Simacek and Mr. Wint Hartman requested the Council to support the ordinance alErdDent and Mr. AI Sieben questioned the content of the ordinance stating that the money the city is requesting will increase the cost of housing. Ft. of land for the required park land dedication requirement for Siebens 2nd Addition and approve the concept of the park dedication for SiebeDs 3rd Addition, per the NRlC and Planning Ccmnission reocmnendation.
