Said study is to be canpleted wi thin 60 days. <br />7 Ayes; Nayes, None. <br /> <br />Moved by CouncilmErnber Werner, seconded by Councilmember Berg to <br />approve the Final Plat for Valley West 2nd Addition - Conzemius Brothers, <br />and passed the 3rd Reading of Ordinance No. 201 Rezoning from PI and <br />Agricultural to R-2 Medium Density Residential. A Developers Agreement <br />is to be entered into to take into consideration, but not limited to <br />those items of concern brought forward during the rezoning and <br />preliminary plat review. 7 Ayes; Nayes, None. <br /> <br />fuved by Councilmember werner, seconded by Councilmember Berg to <br />approve the Final Plat for Bauer View 2nd Addition and approve the 3rd <br />Reading of Ordinance No. 202 Rezoning from R-3 to R-l. This approval <br />is based upon the Planning Corrrnissions reccmnendations as follows, and <br />that the island within the cul-de-sac shall be the responsibility of <br />the hcmeowners. 7 Ayes; Nayes, None. <br /> <br />u <br /> <br />Recormrendation: The Planning Comnission reccmnended approval of the final <br />plat with the changes as proposed including the deletion of a lot along <br />Southview Drive subject to the City Council authorizing the Mayor and <br />City Administrator to enter into a developers. agreement to take into <br />consideration, but not limited to those items of concern which were <br />brought forward during the rezoning, preliminary plat, and final plat <br />review process. The reccmnendation for approval was also subject to the <br />requirement that the Developer work closely with the City Engineering <br />DePartment regarding the design of the cul-de-sac. In addition, the <br />Developer will be required to place covenants against the properties <br />within the cul-de-sac requiring the property owners to maintain the <br />island. Also, the Developer will be required to maintain the island <br />wi thin the cul-de-sac until all the lots are sold and the homes occupied. <br />It is further reccmnended that the third reading of the ordinance <br />amendment be approved and that the City Council authorize the Mayor and <br />City Administrator to sign a quit claim deed to release the utility <br />easement. <br /> <br />fuved by Counci1member Berg, seconded by Councilmember Plan to pass <br />the 1st Reading of an Ordinance AIrending Section 1 0 . 0 1 Subdivision 1 <br />of the City Code for property contained within and described as Sunny <br />Acres being zoned R-2.Medium Density Residential and setting a public <br />hearing for the July 21, 1986 regular City Council meeting. 7 Ayes; <br />Nayes, None. <br /> <br />r-l <br />l__ <br /> <br />fuved by Councilmember Werner, seconded by Councilmember Nesbitt to <br />approve the renewal of the Soil Processing Permit for Davies Excavation <br />with the same conditions stipulated during the original approval and <br />subject to the following: <br /> <br />1. The site is to be restored, upon canpletion of the Miming <br />Operation, pursuant to the plans provided to the city during <br />the original application. <br />2. Operating hours are not to be in excess of 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 <br />P.M. funday through Satu!I1day except holidays. In cases of <br />emergencys, Davies may operate during hours other than those <br />noted upon approval by the City Administrator. <br />
