Parking Lot Variance - Special Tees (1206 North Frontage Rd) <br /> <br />City Planner, Matt Weiland presented background information on this subject.. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Discussion: The Planning Commission felt this was a good use of the property. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Action: <br /> <br />Commissioner Harrington made a motion and Commissioner Donndelinger made a second to recommend <br />approval to City Council the Special Tees eastern Parking Lot variance subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />That the applicant submit a detailed site plan showing the layout of the eastern parking lot. <br />The applicant would landscape and maintain a landscaping area directly east of parking lot on <br />City Property. <br />The applicant would have a 5 ft wide marked area in front of the building entrance for <br />pedestrian access. <br />The parking spots must have stops installed to prevent cars from hitting the building. <br />The driveway entrance to the site must be to the eastern edge of the property. <br />The applicant would work with the utility company to see if any utilities had to be moved. <br /> <br />Upon vote taken, Ayes, 5; Nays, 0. Motion Carried <br /> <br />House Move: <br />Commissioner Donndelinger made a motion and Commissioner Strauss made a second to recommend <br />approval to City Council to authorize issuance of moving & building permits to allow the home included in <br />a proposal from Bill Bauer to be moved to Lot 1, Block 3, Sunny Acres 6 (601 Douglas DR) subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the City Council approves a rear setback variance for the home. <br />2. Compliance with all applicable City Code requirements including, but not limited to: City Code Chapter <br /> 4 (Construction Regulations) and City Code Chapter 18 (Property Maintenance Ordinance). <br />3. That the yard area is seeded or sodded to establish a lawn. <br />4.
