<br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 152002 <br /> <br />Page 3 013 <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Hazlet, seconded by Councilmember Hicks to approve the <br />special use permit as presented. <br />7 Ayes; Nays, none. <br />Copy of resolution on file. <br /> <br />1 st Reading & Schedule Public Hearing-Rezoning & Preliminary Plat: Glendale Heights <br />Councilmember Riveness stated that he had concerns over proposed traffic increases at the <br />site. Dan Tilson, Project Manager for the project, stated that a feasibility report had been <br />conducted regarding traffic increases and had been reviewed by MnDOT. No problems were <br />detected with the proposed traffic development, and Spiral Boulevard was designed to act as a <br />traffic reliever. <br />Moved by Councilmember Yandrasits, seconded by Councilmember Moratzka to approve <br />the first reading and order a public hearing for the rezoning for August 5, 2002 as presented. <br />7 Ayes; Nays, none. <br />Copy of resolution on file. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />Moved by Councilmember Riveness, seconded by Councilmember Moratzka to adjourn <br />the meeting at 7:58 p.m. <br />7 Ayes; Nays, None. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />ATTES~lJ.fvriL,o k <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br />
