<br />City of Hastings <br />City Council Minutes <br /> <br />July 24, 2006 <br />Pa2e 3 of 3 <br /> <br />Dakota County CDA Housing Report <br /> <br />Planning Director John Hinzman introduced Dakota County Community <br />Development Agency Executive Director, who introduced the Maxfield Research Group, <br />to provide a presentation on the housing status in the City of Hastings. After completion <br />of the presentation, Mayor Werner and members of the City Council, thanked Mr. Ulfers <br />and the CDA for their presentation and cooperative working relationship throughout the <br />years. No action was taken. <br /> <br />Unfinished/New Business <br /> <br />Councilmember Hicks asked City Staff to review further the practice of extending <br />crosswalk painting in areas of the City where trails cross certain streets, to assure those <br />using the trails and vehicular traffic are aware of the trail crossings. Councilmember <br />Schultz suggested the placement of trail crossing signs also be researched. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Schultz, seconded by Councilmember Riveness to <br />adjourn the meeting at 7:40 PM. <br /> <br />6 Ayes; Nays, None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Michael D.
