The Institute's first session is scheduled for October 12 in <br /> Duluth, with an additional five sessions scheduled through May 2001. The Institute will <br /> culminate with an opportunity for participants to travel to London, England and Lithuania in <br /> June 2001 to meet and share experiences with our municipal counterparts in those countries. <br /> MCMA charged Hamline to design an experience that would give its members,a chance to revisit <br /> the fundamental philosophies of our profession and create an environment that would be <br /> renewing and fun. The attached brochure will give you an idea of the content selected by the <br /> MCMA committee. We have limited enrollment to 15, and the Institute will proceed with an <br /> enrollment of 10 at a cost of$2.300 per person. Payment can be made in two installments, one <br /> in 2000, and one in 2001 <br /> Participants should expect preparation and some readings for each session. Those desiring <br /> academic credit towards the Hamline Masters Degree in Public Administration canreceive two <br /> semester credits with some additional evaluative work.
