<br />Kostelnik. House 1908 Vermillion: at the request ofthe owner. <br />A second individual designation project could be proposed for a grant late this year. If <br />awarded, work would be completed around June of 2007. A consultant might be hired this year <br />for a small number of properties ifthere are sufficient funds on hand. <br /> <br />B. Conservation district. The Council will consider adoption of the proposed ordinance at their <br />meeting on March 20, 2006. <br /> <br />C. 314 E 7tb Street. Gary and Renee Heselton are considering the purchase ofthe Schommer <br />property in order to construct a twin home. They have contacted staff about the historic and <br />conservation guidelines. When they have a design sketch they will meet with staff <br /> <br />D. Application for designation. Richard Close, 323 W 5th Street requested. <br /> <br />E. The Sesquicentennial Committee. Monthly meeting every 4th Tuesday at 7 p.m. <br /> <br />VI. Adjournment. Hicks moved and Martin seconded adjournment; motion carried. <br />
