AMENDMENT TO <br />CITY CODE SEC. <br />10.17 TO PERMIT <br />CHURCHES IN THE <br />R-3 DISTRICT <br /> <br />SITE PLAN - <br />THREE RIVERS <br />MANUFACTURED <br />HOME PARK <br />SITE PLAN <br /> <br />UPDATES <br /> <br />Commissioner Mesaros moved, Commissioner <br />Featherstone made a second, to recon~end <br />approval of an amendment to city Code Section <br />10.17 to include Churches as a permitted use <br />in the R-3 District. <br /> <br />Upon vote taken, Ayes, 6; Nays, 0. <br /> <br />Commissioner Bolesworth moved, Commissioner <br />Mesaros made a second, to recommend approval <br />of the Three Rivers Manufactured Home Park - <br />- Phase III - Site Plan subject to conditions <br />A - J, as referenced in the July, 27, 1992 <br />staff memorandum. <br /> <br />Upon vote taken, Ayes, 3; Nays, 3. <br /> <br />Commissioner Anderson having made a dissenting <br />vote on the previous action, reinitiated <br />consideration of the Three Rivers Manufactured <br />Home Park - Phase III - site plan and made a <br />motion to table consideration of the site plan <br />until the August 10, 1992, Planning commission <br />Meeting to allow the applicant to address <br />storm water ponding and storm shelter siting <br />concerns. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Featherstone. <br /> <br />Upon vote taken, Ayes, 5; Nayes, 1. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Wozniak updated <br />the Commission on planning related City <br />Council actions taken at the July 20, 1992, <br />City Council Meeting. <br /> <br />There being no further business, Commissioner <br />Featherstone moved, Commissioner Mesaros made <br />a second, to adjourn the meeting at 9:05 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />
