9e <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />The developer shall comply with all <br />applicable State and local building code <br />regulations for all building <br />construction. <br /> <br />The developer shall provide a street name <br />which will require approval by the Fire <br />Marshall. <br /> <br />The developer shall provide an erosion <br />and sedimentation control plan which <br />shall require approval by the Public <br />Works Division. This plan shall include, <br />but is not limited to, the following: <br /> <br />* Seeding and mulching specifications <br />shall be included on the plans. If the <br />site is to be disturbed again within 2 <br />years of final grading, the developer <br />shall provide temporary seeding. <br />Recommended temporary seed mix for this <br />site would be 10 pounds of Perennial <br />Ryegrass per acre, at a 1/2 inch depth, <br />fertilized at a rate of 100 pounds per <br />acre of 20-0-0 or equivalent. <br /> <br />If the site will not be disturbed within <br />2 years, the developer shall utilize the <br />following permanent seed mixture: <br /> <br />Species <br /> <br />Rate (lbs/ac) <br /> <br />Smooth Bromegrass <br />Tall Fescue <br />Alfalfa or Birdsfoot Trefoil <br /> <br />15 <br />10 <br /> 5 <br /> <br />The developer shall use a fertilizer rate <br />of 400 lbs of 13-20-20 per acre or <br />equivalent. The developer shall also <br />provide seeding and mulching to be <br />accomplished within 14 days of completion <br />of grading. <br /> <br />* The developer shall indicate on the <br />plan that the catch basin inlets shall be <br />protected by silt fencing until the <br />streets are paved. <br /> <br />* The developer shall protect the two <br />drainage swales to be constructed on the <br />north and south boundary of the site with <br />hay bale barriers until the area is <br />revegetated. <br /> <br /> <br />
