12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />* The developer shall indicate on the <br />plan that the catch basin inlets shall be <br />protected by silt fencing until the <br />streets are paved. <br /> <br />* The developer shall protect the two <br />drainage swales to be constructed on the <br />north and south boundary of the site with <br />hay bale barriers until the area is <br />revegetated. <br /> <br />* To assist with revegetation of the <br />slopes on the west and south portion of <br />the site, the developer shall exercise <br />either one of the following two options: <br />1) the use of erosion control matting <br />such as excelsior blanket, or 2) <br />application of 4" to topsoil from a <br />source containing significant amounts of <br />clay or organic matter. <br /> <br />*The developer shall maintain a regular <br />schedule of street sweeping be practiced <br />during the time of construction of this <br />addition. <br /> <br />The developer shall provide a copy of <br />special covenants whereby the subdivider <br />proposes to regulate land use in the <br />subdivision and otherwise protect the <br />proposed development. <br /> <br />Ail future plats within the Riverwood <br />area shall be consistent with the <br />preliminary plat dated June 18, 1992/July <br />10, 1992. <br /> <br />Ail future plats shall contain <br />information including, but not limited <br />to, easement locations, width and purpose <br />as well as lot layout including size of <br />each lot in square feet, lot lines, lot <br />numbers and block numbers. <br /> <br />The developer understands and agrees that <br />complete preliminary and final plat <br />information required pursuant to Chapter <br />11 of the City Code shall be provided for <br />Outlots A, B, C and D as indicated on the <br />preliminary plat, grading and utility <br />plan prepared by Delmar H. Schwanz and <br />dated June 18, 1992/July 10, 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />
