That a benchmark elevation be established on the plat. <br /> <br />That no fences or other nonvegetative structures be <br />allowed within the pedestrian easement. <br /> <br />Upon vote taken, Ayes, 5; Nays, 0. <br /> <br />Czech reviewed City Council actions pertaining to Planning <br />matters which occurred at the June 15, 1992, City Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Czech reviewed staff's June 15, 1992, memorandum to the <br />Planning Commission concerning setback standards in the R-2 <br />District. The Planning Committee of the Planning Commission <br />indicated that it would meet to discuss the proposed option and <br />report back to staff and the Planning Commission with a <br />recommendation for amending the setback standards in the R-2 <br />District. <br /> <br />Commissioner Bateman inquired about the Taco Bell site plan <br />proposal which was tabled at the previous Planning Commission <br />meeting. Staff indicated that the applicant has not resolved the <br />issues relating to the location of the East property line, thus, <br />was not prepared to attend this meeting. <br /> <br />There being no further business, Commissioner Featherstone <br />moved, Commissioner Anderson made a second, to adjourn the <br />meeting at 8:49 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />
