Hastings Planning Commission <br />Meeting of April 13, 1992 <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Hastings Planning Commission was called to <br />order by Commissioner Reinardy at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Anderson, Bateman, Bolesworth, Mesaros, Reinardy <br /> and Zender <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: Featherstone <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Wozniak and City Planner <br />Czech <br /> <br />Commissioner Reinardy called for additions or <br />corrections to the minutes of the regular meeting <br />of March 9, 1992. There being no additions or <br />corrections to the minutes, the minutes were <br />approved. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Czech reviewed staffs April 7, 1992, memorandum to <br />the Planning Commission concerning a request by <br />the Dakota County HRA for approval of a site plan <br />for a senior housing project to be located on East <br />3rd Street between Ramsey and Tyler Streets. <br /> <br />DAKOTA COUNTY HRA <br />SENIOR HOUSING - <br />EAST 3RD STREET <br /> <br />The Planning Commission discussed with staff, <br />Kirk Velett of Arvid Elness Architects who represents <br />Dakota County HRA, Diane Nordquist of the Dakota County <br />HRA issues relating to the proposed senior housing <br />project including, but not limited to, proposed size <br />of the facility and rents. <br /> <br />Commissioner Mesaros moved, Commissioner Bolesworth <br />made a second, to approve the site plan subject to <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />The proposed structure and accessory items <br />including, but not limited to, the parking lot <br />and landscaping shall be completed pursuant to <br />the approved site plan. Upon request for occupancy <br />of the building, all uncompleted items contained <br />within the site plan shall be addressed pursuant <br />to the escrow requirements contained within the <br />site plan review provisions of the city's zoning <br />ordinance (Section 10.24). <br /> <br />B. The applicant/owner shall provide off site parking <br /> which satisfies City Code requirements. <br /> <br />C. The applicant/owner shall satisfy all Uniform <br /> Building and Fire Codes. <br /> <br />Upon vote taken, Ayes, 7; Nays, 0. <br /> <br /> <br />
