Bill Sylvander who was present at the meeting indicated <br />that he was representing his father (an adjacent property <br />owner) and inquired about underground parking. <br /> <br />Czech reviewed staff's March 31, 1992, memorandum to <br />the Planning Commission concerning a request by <br />Guetschoff Theaters, Inc. for approval of a site <br />plan to convert the existing Top Do It Center into <br />a movie theater located at 1325 South Frontage Road. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission discussed with staff and <br />Bob Guetschoff the applicant issues relating to the <br />proposed theater including, but not limited to, the <br />number of screens and location of other theaters <br />owned by Guetschoff Theaters, Inc. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN-MOVIE <br />THEATER - <br />GUETSCHOFF <br />THEATERS, INC. <br />1325 SOUTH <br />FRONTAGE ROAD <br /> <br />Commissioner Anderson moved, Commissioner Mesaros <br />made a second, to approve the site plan subject to <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />The proposed structure and accessory items including, <br />but not limited to, the parking lot, front facade <br />and signage be completed pursuant to the approved <br />site plan. Upon request for occupancy of the building, <br />all uncompleted items contained within the site plan <br />shall be addressed pursuant to the escrow requirements <br />contained within the site plan review provisions of <br />the city zoning ordinance (Section 10.24). <br /> <br />B. That the applicant/owner shall satisfy all Uniform <br /> Building and Fire Codes. <br /> <br />Upon vote taken, Ayes, 6; Nays, 1 (Bateman). <br /> <br />Czech reviewed staff's April 7, 1992, memorandum <br />to the Planning Commission concerning a request <br />by Greg Jablonske of Advanced Homes of Hastings <br />for approval of a final plat and revised grading <br />plan for Riverwood 5th Addition. <br /> <br />FINAL PLAT/ <br />REVISED GRADING <br />PLAN-RIVERWOOD <br />5TH ADDITION - <br />ADVANCED HOMES <br /> <br />The Planning Commission discussed with staff issues <br />relating to the proposed final plat and revised <br />grading plan including, but not limited to, the <br />number of cul de sacs and future additions. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zender moved, Commissioner Mesaros made <br />a second, to approve the final plat and revised <br />grading plan subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> <br />
