A second ballot was taken, <br />with Barbara Martin receiving the majority of votes. A copy <br />of the ballots is on file. The Planning Commission's <br />recommendation is to approve Barbara Martin for the <br />Planning Commission vacancy. <br /> <br /> The Planner indicated that due the length of time <br />that had passed since this was last acted on, a new <br />recommendation should be passed. <br /> <br /> Moved by Commissioner Wendler, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner Stevens to recommend the rezoning from A to R-5 <br />(Mobile Home Park Zoning District) for the proposed <br />Sonden Mobile Home Park property, as this proposal was <br />consistent with the Hastings Comprehensive Plan.
