-3- <br /> <br />Planning C0mm[sai0n M0ofin <br /> <br />:~ovem~er 22, <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Fischer and seconded by <br />Commissioner Wendler that approval be given for a <br />footing and foundation permit with the following <br />conditions: <br /> I) No additional construction will <br /> be allowed until items Z-4-6and 7 <br /> on Site Plan Review Procedure form <br /> have been completed. <br /> <br /> Z) Necessary documentation must be supplied <br /> indicating that all of Lot A will be platted <br /> and it should be understood that no variances <br /> will be granted for any development now or <br /> in the future. <br /> <br /> 3) The developer 'should work on a long range <br /> drainage plan for the site with the City <br /> Engineer~ 8 Ayes 0 Nays <br /> <br />The Planning Commission expressed concern that de- <br />velopment has occurred and lots have been created <br />that do not conform to the City's Zoning Ordinance. <br />The Planning Director explained that the County accept <br />any land transfers without consulting with the municipality <br />involved to insure that the subdivision conforms to local <br />re gul ations. <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Fischer, seconded by Commissiomer <br />Linde to send a letter to the County, Metropolitan Council and <br />other organizations such as the Minnesota Planning Association <br />about the need to guarantee that. platting requirements c~nnot <br />be Circumvented by simply filing a deed with the county.
