Street width will be 36 ft. follows: <br /> wide to accommodate on-street parking Street at$47.34/FF: $3,314 <br /> needs on both sides of the street. All Storm at $30.92/FF: $2,164 <br /> streets will be constructed with concrete Total Assessment: $5,478 <br /> curb with gutter. <br /> Why This Street? <br /> Sidewalks: This street is a substandard City street, in <br /> A.5'-8' sidewalk will be constructed on the poor shape and lacking curb and gutter for <br /> south side . Special provisions will be proper drainage.
