MEETING MINUTES MEETING HELD OCTOBER 22, 1970 Planning 7:00 P.M. Following the early Planning Commission meeting there was a Joint Council, Planning Co~nission Meeting at 8:00 P.M. Those Councilmen Present: Kane. Joe Novak, Jtm Mayer, Ray Driscoll, Paul Assistant l~yor, Clarence Soleim, presiding. It was explained that the purpose of the joint meeting was to review the testimony on the three zoning hearings held in October. There was a presentation of the comprehensive plan by Kermit Krouch of Hodne-Stageberg Partners, Inc., which gave a population report, a draft of the comprehensive plan, and a ~i~e'~an map. There were some changes proposed, Mr. Peterse~ has copies of this for the City Council. Mr. Hodne endorsed 55 by-pass we~t and suggested access on Pleasnat Drive to T. H. 55. He projected the population to 20,000 persons by 1985. Next there was a point by point discussion of the Zoning Ordinance.
