In regard to the shopping center, the planning commission approved the c-4 zoning pl&nned regional shopping center. Donald Hallberg objected to rezontng the area C-4 at this time. In regard to Used Car Sales Lots -(see Ed Fischers recommendations for Sections 7.8.1.2, 7.8.7, 9.8.4.1, and 9.9.3.3 atta~d.) Hallberg suggested that the 5 foot landscaped area between street right- of-way and parking zones be rewritten to allow no display of merchancdise on any commercial property to ten feet of face curb, irregardless of blvd.dtmensions. In regard to the ~?nd north of T. H. Bait ~the Mobile Homes Reserarch Foundation, 20 No. Wacker Dr., Chicago Illinois, 60606. Section 9.3.3.5 - Omit, move to 9.3.3.3 - Also delete (See Don Fluegel) Section 7.2 on Mobile Homes it was stated that they connot be licensed by the City, cannot request compliance in three years (request of City Council) as it is not reasonable. It was suggested that the section remain as is but only require upgrading to the extend that he would not be required to start over. Section 7.2.5 - Should be changes in fa~lSwing manner; issuance of license changed to 1979, replat must be completed prior to Jan. 1, 1979, replat must be submitted Jan. 1. 1972 and be approved or disapproved by the Planning Commission. Section 7.2.9 - Change ~' to 9' wide and change 25' to 12' long. Section 7.2.15 - Omit. Section 7.2.29 - leave as is. Section 7.2.30 - delete entrance and porch.
