In regard to the shopping center, the planning commission approved the <br />c-4 zoning pl&nned regional shopping center. Donald Hallberg objected to <br />rezontng the area C-4 at this time. <br /> <br />In regard to Used Car Sales Lots -(see Ed Fischers recommendations for <br />Sections 7.8.1.2, 7.8.7, 9.8.4.1, and 9.9.3.3 atta~d.) <br /> <br />Hallberg suggested that the 5 foot landscaped area between street right- <br />of-way and parking zones be rewritten to allow no display of merchancdise <br />on any commercial property to ten feet of face curb, irregardless of <br />blvd.dtmensions. <br /> <br />In regard to the ~?nd north of T.
