After further discussion the following motion was offered by Councilman Hallberg, seconded by Councilman Wilson: That The Planning Commission be authorized and instructed to hold a public hearing on the comprehensive plan as heretofore deli- vered to the Council at a time and place to be set by the Planning Commission, with notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing to be published in official newspaper of the City at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the hearing. r 1 l_~ Further, that after the public hearing the Planning Commission shall transmit its report of the public hearing to the Council for further action by the City Council.
