Project engineer Dan <br /> Tilson stated that they would like to see some concessions on the trail connection as <br /> well as park dedication fees. Barker stated that staff recommends retaining the trail <br /> connection requirement and that she was unaware of any outstanding issues related to <br /> park dedication fees. <br /> Moved by Councilmember Schultz, seconded by Councilmember Slavik to <br /> table to the preliminary/final plat. <br /> 7 Ayes; Nays, none. <br /> Moved by Councilmember Schultz, seconded by Councilmember Slavik to <br /> table the site plan. <br /> 7 Ayes; Nays, none. <br /> Authorize Signature—Development Agreement#2007-09: Crossroads East <br /> City Attorney Moynihan explained the parking agreement that was included in <br /> the development agreement. <br /> Councilmember Alongi noted that a limit of 60 decibels was added because it is <br /> a reasonable limit and would fit with accepted noise levels at the site. Dan Tilson, <br /> project engineer, requested a higher decibel limit. <br /> Moved by Councilmember Alongi, seconded by Councilmember Riveness to <br /> approve the development agreement as presented. <br /> Moved by Councilmember Schultz, seconded by Councilmember Slavik to <br /> amend the development agreement to allow for a 65 decibel limit. <br /> 6 Ayes; Nays, one. Councilmember Alongi voting against. <br />
