In addition the City Pl~,~,~er must approve the <br />materials used for ground cover between the building and <br />Vermillion Street. Nay. <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Kramer, seconded by Commissioner <br />Stark to allow the yard requirement betwee~ the parking lot a~d <br />the Peavey property line on Vermillion St. to be met with the <br />placement of planters in that area. And the City should sign an <br />agreement with Peavey waving any liability regarding damages <br />to the utiliti, es during construction for, and for damages resulting <br />to the building over the utilities during or after construction that <br />results from the location of the building over those utilities.
