Pla~nfug Commission Minutes -2- September 13, 1976 <br />'(C]ont~nued) <br /> <br />and a building permit should be issued only after the City <br />has obtained the necessary easements for public utilities <br />r,,nuing through the Peavey property. <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Peterson, seconded by Commissioner <br />Stoffel to approve the site plan proposed by Peavey with the conditions <br />that Peavey will continue to work with the City in an attempt to come <br />up with a lighting plan on the south side of the buildkug as well as a <br />color scheme for the concrete and metal panels on the south side <br />of the building. In addition the City Pl~,~,~er must approve the <br />materials used for ground cover between the building and <br />Vermillion Street. Z Ayes - Linde, Glen~ie, Kramer and <br />Stark - Nay. <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Kramer, seconded by Commis.sioner <br />Stark to amend the motion to strike all conditions for the~,Peavey <br />site plan approval. Z Ayes - Linde, Gle.,~e, Stoffel and <br />Peterson. Nay. <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Kramer, seconded by Commissioner <br />Stark to allow the yard requirement betwee~ the parking lot a~d <br />the Peavey property line on Vermillion St. to be met with the <br />placement of planters in that area. And the City should sign an <br />agreement with Peavey waving any liability regarding damages <br />to the utiliti, es during construction for, and for damages resulting <br />to the building over the utilities during or after construction that <br />results from the location of the building over those utilities. In <br />addition the Corn_mission requires that landscaping will be <br />provided along Vermillion as the reconstruction project occurs. <br />6 Ayes - 0 Nayes. <br /> <br />Due to the limitations that Crest Lane, Hilltop La.ne <br />and Urmamed Circle surrounding Outlot 4 of Country <br />Estates for any future e~ion of the Country <br /> Club, the club submitted a request as_king that the City <br />vacate portions of or all of Crest Lane and the Unnamed <br />Circle. <br /> <br />STREET VACATION AND <br />SITE PLAN REVIEW <br />HASTINGS COUNTRY CLUZ <br /> <br />Moved by Conmmissiener Kramer, seconded by Corn-missioner <br />Peterson to vacate the streetare~ested with Hilltop Lane being <br /> ban to Hilltop Court and the ul~y , . <br />~r ,~ic u~:l:~: ...... a~ . -- retai~%l.n.g necessary easements <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Kramer, seconded by Commissione~ <br />Stoffel to approve the site plan for the addition to the Country Club <br />subject to a plan being submitted which conforms to all zoning <br />ord{nance requirements. 7 Ayes - 0 Nayes. <br /> <br /> <br />
